Historic City News readers in Congressional District 6 showed up in number last night as our new Republican House Representative Ron DeSantis held his second Town Hall meeting at Flagler Palm Coast High School in Palm Coast.
Board gives county attorney 6-month extension
In a segment that lasted almost 45 minutes, Historic City News watched as St Johns County Commissioners voted 4-1 to reject the five-year contract proposed last week by County Attorney Patrick McCormack.
Planning and Zoning Agency holds public hearings
Historic City News was advised by St Johns County that the regularly scheduled public meeting of the Planning and Zoning Agency will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in the County Auditorium at the St Johns County Administrative Palace located at 500 San Sebastian View in St Augustine.

St Johns County Supervisor of Election, Vicky Oakes, enjoyed a smooth Primary and General election last year and introduced an Internet service that updates voters on wait times at every precinct but some urban areas of the state were not so fortunate.
