Larizza’s Office that the 2007 cold case investigation into the shooting death of 31-year-old Clark Edwin McWhorter will finally close; now that his confessed killer has entered a plea of “no contest” to second degree murder charges.

Historic City News was notified this afternoon that 40-year-old Nathaniel David Juratovac of St Augustine will be allowed to make bail pending his attempted murder trial; so long as he can meet certain conditions set by Judge Michael Traynor and he raises the $300,000 appearance bond.

Historic City News is following the Tuesday afternoon arrest of a 42-year-old transient roofer, Cory Allen Gale, on two-counts of lewd and lascivious molestation involving an 11-year-old boy and 5-year-old girl who were living with their mother and her fiancée in an Anastasia Boulevard motel.
