Justice for family of cold case murder victim
Justice will come five-years late, but Historic City News was notified today by State Attorney R. J. Larizza’s Office that the 2007 cold case investigation into the shooting death of 31-year-old Clark Edwin McWhorter will finally close; now that his confessed killer has entered a plea of “no contest” to second degree murder charges.



Historic City News was notified this afternoon that 40-year-old Nathaniel David Juratovac of St Augustine will be allowed to make bail pending his attempted murder trial; so long as he can meet certain conditions set by Judge Michael Traynor and he raises the $300,000 appearance bond.
Historic City News is following the Tuesday afternoon arrest of a 42-year-old transient roofer, Cory Allen Gale, on two-counts of lewd and lascivious molestation involving an 11-year-old boy and 5-year-old girl who were living with their mother and her fiancée in an Anastasia Boulevard motel.
St Augustine Police Officer Alina Shirshikova was called to an apartment located on Marine Street at 2:21 yesterday morning to investigate the report of a burglary; where the victim says he came home to find the intruder walking out of his home, according to a report received by Historic City News today.
