Time change for commission meeting

Historic City News has been informed that the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners will begin their regular meeting on Tuesday, September 15, at 1:30 pm instead of the normal 9:00 am start time.

Florida Flu Information Line started

St. Johns County Health Department Public Information Officer Noreen Nickola-Williams reported to Historic City News that on Monday, August 24th, Florida Department of Health launched a toll-free number to provide public health information and updates on H1N1 Swine Flu.

Historic City News has received an invitation to all artists working in any media to take part in the upcoming juried Unity & Peace Art Exhibit, scheduled for Sept. 26 ,Oct. 24 at the St Johns Cultural Council’s Art Advocate Gallery, 76B San Marco Ave, St Augustine.
