City Government Week begins Sunday

The Florida League of Cities reported to Historic City News that members of the St Augustine City Commission and the city’s fire chief will be visiting area schools next week as part of Florida City Government Week, October 21-27.

Maguire meets Lincolnville supporters tonight

Historic City News was informed that St Augustine City Commission candidate Bruce Maguire, who has advanced to the General Election runoff November 6, will be available to discuss issues relevant to the Old City South and Lincolnville neighborhoods with his supporters tonight at the Willie Galimore Community Center.
