Tea Party governor welcomed by supporters
As Historic City News reporters met the man referred to by many around the state as “the Tea Party governor” a delegation from the Town Crier Committee of the St. Augustine Tea Party greeted the Governor and thanked him for his efforts to reduce the size and cost of Florida’s government.

Mother arrested after children and animals abused
Public Information Officer Debra Johnson told local reporters with Historic City News that a Florida Department of Children and Family Services investigator took custody of three children and had their 33 year-old mother arrested yesterday after she was charged with child abuse and animal cruelty.
