Richard Watson: admired jurist dies
The namesake of the St. Johns County Courthouse, Richard Orien Watson, has passed away in St. Augustine after fighting a losing battle with pancreatic cancer — he was 78 years-old.

Dozen burglaries cleared with one arrest
Public Information Officer Mark Samson informed crime patrol reporters with Historic City News that a 30 year-old St. Johns County man, wanted in connection with a dozen auto burglaries, was arrested by St. Augustine Police last week.
