Sunshine Law citizen activist arrested in St Johns County

Historic City News was informed that Jeffrey Marcus Gray has been arrested. The 46-year-old St Augustine man has been in the spotlight recently because of conflicts he sees between a citizen’s right to access public records and the St Johns County School District’s obligation to protect the security of employees and students on school campuses.

City attorney will demand the Cone of Silence Monday afternoon

St Augustine City Attorney Isabelle Lopez and her trusted sidekick, Assistant City Attorney Denise May, will join City of Jacksonville Beach Attorney Susan Erdelyi, a stockholder in the outside law firm Marks-Gray PA, for an afternoon under the Cone of Silence on Monday, March 14th. Police arrest former city commissioner

Historic City News crime reporters noted that Friday night was a busy night for arrests by the St Augustine Police Department according to the booking records available from the St Johns County Sheriff’s Office.

Neighbors in Lincolnville are asking Historic City News for details about a 57-inch brick masonry fence with black metal pickets that was installed from the west-most corner of the 102 Bridge Street property along the south border to the intersection with Martin Luther King Avenue.
