On last week’s word that Marineland was sold to the Georgia Aquarium for an estimated $9.1 million, Historic City News thought it would be fun to look back at a few interesting facts surrounding the attraction that for many years made its mark on tourism in the St. Augustine area.
Historic City News local reporters received word from Priscilla Proctor that Miri Rubin,Ph.D., professor of Medieval and Early Modern History at Queen Mary University of London, will be the speaker at the Cecile & Gene Usdin Judeo-Christian Lecture on January 24th, at 7:00 p.m.
