In 1577, a French ship, Le Prince, is wrecked in Port Royal Sound, SC. The survivors include a true prince, Nicolas Strozzi, cousin of the queen mother of France, Catherine de Medici.

Unknown suspect identified – warrant issued

Local St. Johns County crime patrol reporters with Historic City News have been alerted that an arrest warrant has been issued for 26 year-old Joseph Dean Roberts — charging him with grand theft of the automobile belonging to Brittany Jeniveve Tavar; who has been missing for two weeks.

Fundraiser to benefit Burchfield family

Amber Sullivan and Laura Burchfield are working to put on a fundraising event in honor of 18 year-old Shae Lynn Burchfield, who died in an automobile accident on Wildwood Drive on July 8th.
