City of St. Augustine Offices Closed due to effects of Tropical Storm Fay
Historic City News has been notified that the offices for the City of St. Augustine will be closed today, Friday August 22, 11:30 a.m . due to the effects of Tropical Storm Fay.
Historic City News has just been advised by the St. Johns County authorities that the Bridge of Lions as well as areas of King Street between US 1 and Malaga Street are now closed.

The Office of Eddie Creamer, President of Prosperity Bank, announced to Historic City News this evening that due to Tropical Storm Fay, the following Prosperity Banking Centers will be closed Thursday, August 24th:
County Administrator Michael D. Wanchick has announced that all Departments of the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners will be closed on Thursday, August 21, 2008 due to the anticipation of deteriorating weather conditions from Tropical Storm Fay.
