Resident earns Chartered Life Underwriter designation
Historic City News has learned that one of Lincolnville’s newest residents, Candace Duncan, is returning home from Caesar’s Palace, in Las Vegas, Nevada; where she attended the bi-annual 3-day Knowledge Summit and commencement ceremony of the American College of Financial Services.






Detective Henry Miller reported to Historic City News that he was able to obtain sufficient evidence that a 73-year-old St Johns County man was being financially exploited by his 52-year-old daughter, that he was able to obtain a warrant for her arrest.
