As an editor of an online daily news journal, I read a lot of legal mumbo-jumbo about some person filing suit against another; demanding compensation for some of the most ridiculous circumstances you can imagine — and I’m sick and tired of it.

Recurring allegations that members of the St. Johns County Commission are influenced in their decisions by big-money developers may quiet down next year, if State Constitution Amendment 4 is approved in November.
We have all heard the phrase “You are what you drive”, but, I believe the correct wording should be “You are how you drive.”
