We’ve spent billions of dollars building a huge new bureaucracy in the name of “Homeland Security” and all we know how to do is to react to things that have already happened.

To my city officals — you do not pull up the carpet or replace the plumbing when you know your going to have a lot of company.
For the life of me, I cannot figure out why counties and cities have not taken advantage of the niche market of African-American travelers — or better yet, the multicultural travel market.
