St. Augustine Beach hears Slavin park proposal
A frequent speaker at city and county government meetings, Edward A. Slavin, Jr., will appear before the St. Augustine Beach City Commission at their regular business meeting tonight and try, again, to persuade a local government body to move forward in support of his proposed “St. Augustine National Historical Park, Seashore and Coastal Parkway”.



All St. Johns County offices and St. Johns County Public Libraries will be closed on Friday, November 11, 2011, in observance of Veterans Day.
