Falls are the leading cause of injury for older adults, according to reports received by Historic City News from St Johns County Fire Rescue; who responded to over 850 calls involving injuries from falls last year, 90% of which involved patients over the age of 60.
In accordance with Florida State Statute 775.21, this news release will serve as public notification that the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office has been given information that a person judged to be a sexual predator is now residing within St. Johns County.
Media Relations Officer Kevin Kelshaw has informed Historic City News that robbery detectives are searching for a man who was caught on video as he robbed a RaceTrac convenience store night manager, at gunpoint, at 2:20 a.m. yesterday morning.
