Two convenience store employees robbed at gunpoint
Media Relations Officer Kevin Kelshaw has informed Historic City News that robbery detectives are searching for a man who was caught on video as he robbed a RaceTrac convenience store night manager, at gunpoint, at 2:20 a.m. yesterday morning.







Historic City News was informed that St Augustine Police have arrested three men involved in an armed robbery that took place in the area of South Whitney and Madeore Streets. The crime occurred a few minutes before midnight yesterday. No injuries were reported during the robbery or subsequent arrest.
A search warrant was obtained and was executed at the decedent’s residence in the shooting death of Abbott Scott Bennett; the results of which were reported to Historic City News this morning by St Johns County Sheriff’s Media Relations Officer, Kevin Kelshaw.
Historic City News received word from Commander Charles E. Mulligan this morning that when four St Johns County deputies responded to a domestic violence call in the 8300 block of Colee Cove Road around 10:30 p.m. last night, they were met by a woman outside of her residence who reported that she was the victim of abuse.
