Help needed to identify Ponte Vedra Beach burglar
Detectives with the St Johns County Sheriff’s Office have attempted to identify and locate the man responsible for the theft of a $2,500 ocean paddle board for nearly two weeks without success; they hope that Historic City News readers will come forward with the clue that will help solve this burglary.


Sheriff David B. Shoar shared with Historic City News preliminary Uniform Crime Report data that indicates, during the past six-month period, the overall crime rate in St Johns County has decreased 8%.
