Indictments and arrests for marriage fraud
US Attorney Robert E. O’Neill announced to Historic City News that five defendants have been indicted and today, three were arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit marriage fraud and to make false statements to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
