Hiester, is armed with an agreement reserving city-owned property at Riberia Pointe for one year; allowing him adequate time to complete his business plans, related studies, design work, and to secure funding to construct a 250,000-gallon, 43,000-square-foot aquarium, botanical gardens, and aviary.

Five arrests to date at drug dwelling in Southern Grove

Historic City News was informed that a residence in the Southern Grove subdivision, north of CR-210 in St Johns County, has been declared a “drug dwelling” after sheriff’s detectives returned this morning, for the second time this week, to execute a search warrant — today’s search netting three additional arrests.
