The Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institute announced today’s graduation of 30 criminal justice executives from Class Five of the Executive Leadership Seminar including second-in-command officers from two local police agencies.
A 39-year-old St Augustine businessman pled guilty today in an agreement with federal prosecutors to charges that he violated the “anti-kickback” statute. He faces a maximum penalty of five years in federal prison.
