Dolly Parton Imagination Library

The St. Johns County Public Library System is partnering with the Early Learning Coalition of Putnam and St. Johns Counties, St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce, St. Johns County Education Foundation and other community organizations to bring the Dolly Parton Imagination Library to St. Johns County.

Stab victim dies at hospital

In a breaking story reported to Historic City News this morning, Sgt. Chuck Mulligan, Public Information Officer for The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office, reports that a man has died following a stabbing incident that occurred last night.

Tara Howard with the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce has requested Historic City News to extend an invitation to attend this evening’s Politics in St. Johns event for St. Augustine & South Beaches.

Abduction and beating on west side

Sgt. Chuck Mulligan has reported to Historic City Media that detectives with the Sheriff’s Office Special Victims’ Unit are investigating the abduction and beating of a 48-year old Flagler County woman that occured early this morning.

Historic City News was informed this morning that the St. Johns County Family Integrity Program is inviting individuals and couples to two upcoming foster parent events.

St. Augustine’s 443rd birthday celebration

The City of St. Augustine’s Birthday is one of the most exciting times of the year. The celebration grows each year and this year includes three full days of special events according to an updated press release to Historic City News from Cathy DuPont in the Office of Public Affairs.
