This afternoon, Historic City Companies learned that two new faces will be working for one of St Johns County and Northeast Florida’s largest landowners, The Hutson Companies; whose offices are located on Hartley Road in Jacksonville. The announcement comes just two weeks before founder David W. Hutson celebrates his 69th birthday.

The Northeast Florida Builders Association reported to Historic City News that the total overall number of building permits issued in Northeast Florida during April increased by nearly 8 percent — but St Johns County did not help those numbers; booking a 5.1 percent loss from the previous month.
