Neighborhood Services Division Commander named
Flagler Sheriff James L. Manfre announced to Historic City News today that he has selected Paul Bovino to fill the position of Commander of the “Neighborhood Services Division” — the position left vacant by Commander David O’Brien when he retired March 8.



A 51-year-old Flagler Beach man, who was returning home on his bicycle yesterday afternoon, was struck and killed by the driver of a 2011 Ford Van who says he lost control of his vehicle when he sneezed.
