Port assists with Fire-Rescue jet ski purchase

Marine Rescue Lieutenant Jeremy Robshaw informed local Historic City News reporters that St Johns County Fire Rescue recently put into service two new Kawasaki STX-15 jet skis, two Extractor rescue sleds and two aluminum trailers thanks to a continued local partnership with the St Augustine Port, Waterway and Beach District.

Historic City News was informed by Traffic Homicide Investigator, Corporal Gregory Cohn, that Florida Highway Patrol troopers were called to the scene of a fatal motorcycle crash in the Heritage Park subdivision at about 4:40 p.m. today; the victim was the 16 year-old son of a St Johns County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Section Coordinator.
