Burglars break into North Whitney residence

St. Augustine Police Officer Jessica Pedonti responded to the report of a home burglary in the 115th block of North Whitney Street that occurred sometime between Monday evening and Tuesday morning, according to a report received by Historic City News.

St. Johns River Community College reported to Historic City News that, as part of the visiting artist series, Florida School of the Arts will present a gallery exhibition for Pennsylvania artist Mitch Lyons.

St. Johns River Community College employee and Project Praise site coordinator Britt Williams reported to Historic City News that college employees were able to help make Christmas a little brighter for 59 children with donations of toys, gifts and other goodies to the Project Praise organization.

Driver arrested in possession of stolen car

Historic City News has learned that just before noon on Saturday, Corporal John Sheets observed a suspicious blue Toyota, traveling west bound in the area of Evergreen and Masters Drive.
