Two arrests in capital sexual battery case

This morning, a St Johns County Judge will decide if a 27-year-old St. Johns County man and a 49-year-old Flagler County woman will be granted bail; their arrests were reported to Historic City News yesterday afternoon — each are facing charges of capital sexual battery.
