Wanchick tells staff about Manuel investigation

Historic City News contacted the office of St. Johns County Administrator Michael D. Wanchick this morning in an attempt to clarify events surrounding an article that appeared on the front page of The Record this morning alleging that County Commission Chairman Tom Manuel is the subject of an FBI criminal investigation.

City announces extended shop hours

In an e-mail update from Cathy DuPont, Neighborhood Coordinator in the Department of Public Affairs with the City of St. Augustine, Historic City News was informed that both the Visitor’s Information Center Gift Shop and the Spanish Quarter Gift Shop will have extended hours for the month of July.

Beach evaluates Comprehensive Plan

City of St. Augustine Beach Comprehensive Planning and Zoning Board announced a workshop meeting for tomorrow night, Thursday, June 12, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. to be held at City Hall, 2200 State Road A1A South in St. Augustine Beach.
