Fucci is not likely to face trial until late next year

Circuit Judge Lee Smith said during a pretrial hearing at the St. Johns County Courthouse Thursday, that he hopes to set a final trial date in late 2022 for 14-year-old Aiden Fucci and his mother Crystal Smith.
Florida Supreme Court has recently disciplined 15 attorneys including one in Holly Hill

Smith, spokesman for the Department of Lawyer Regulation of The Florida Bar informed local Historic City News reporters that in recent court orders the Florida Supreme Court disciplined 15 attorneys, including one in Holly Hill; disbarring two, suspending eight, reprimanding one, and revoking the licenses of four. Two attorneys were placed on probation and one attorney has been ordered to pay restitution.
