The Gallery at Screen Arts has advised Historic City News of the art exhibit opening, ”No Refunds – The Art of Mitch O’Connell”, taking place Friday June 6, 2008 from 6 p.m. until Midnight. Live DJs will be spinning music for the duration. Refreshments to appease the American palate will be served. The show will run through July 31, 2008.

Ladd, DAFC, 45 Space Wing – Chief, Airspace Management, that is of special interest to the General Aviation Community, and public, concerning the scheduled upcoming shuttle launch.

Moultrie Creek Boat Ramp to be closed for construction

The St. Johns County Parks and Recreation Department has announced the Moultrie Creek Boat Ramp will be closed for approximately 60 days to accommodate construction. Renovations will include a new boat ramp, wooden and floating docks, a canoe/kayak launch area, new parking area, new entrance road and a paved trail from the boat ramp to the Moultrie Creek Scenic Overlook.
