Monday evening, The St. Augustine and St. Johns County Airport Authority voted unanimously to approve operating agreements with two scheduled air charter operators, Casino Direct Air (a division of Myrtle Beach Direct Air) and Craig Air Center Charter.

Program is part of PGA Free Lesson Month
PGA Professionals Wes Tucker and Tom Stecker of St. Johns Golf Club in Elkton, Florida, will offer free 10-minute golf lessons on Saturday, May 17 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. as part of PGA Free Lesson Month according to an announcement received by Historic City Media from the St. Johns County Office of Public Affairs.

CPSA member Nancy Sikes-Kline reported to Historic City News this morning that Citizens for the Preservation of St. Augustine has joined the National Trust for Historic Preservation in celebrating National Historic Preservation Month by creating a new educational YouTube video.
Historic City Media was notified that the Public Works Department of the City of St. Augustine will begin its yearly sewer system smoke testing in specific areas of the city.
The testing will be conducted between 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. on Monday through Friday, beginning Monday, May 19th and ending July 31st.
