Man missing for 11-years identified
The skeletal remains of a man, who has been missing from Volusia County since December 2001, were tentatively identified to Historic City News reporters, pending additional DNA testing by St Johns County Sheriff’s detectives.



In accordance with Florida State Statute 775.21, this news release will serve as public notification that the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office has been given information that a person judged to be a sexual predator is now residing within St. Johns County.
Media Relations Officer Kevin Kelshaw informed local Historic City News reporters that a man is being sought in connection with an attempted carjacking that occurred early this morning in front of the Kangaroo convenience store; located at 465 SR-16 near Schaller Road.
This morning, an Orange Park teenager was arrested and charged with thirty individual drug-related offenses by St Johns County Sheriff’s deputies, according to a report received by Historic City News today.

Several days after 51-year-old Gregory Scott Testa did not call-in or show up for work, public information officer Catherine Payne told Historic City News that his employer became suspicious and notified the St Johns County Sheriff’s Office that they had reasonable concern for his welfare.
