After a Grand Jury indictment was obtained yesterday, Historic City News has learned that the former boyfriend of Rebecca Ann Ware has been arrested and charged with 2nd-degree murder; in the case of the St Johns County woman who has not been seen or heard from since October 29, 2010.

John Doe pulls 10-year sentence

Historic City News was informed today that District Court Judge Roy B Dalton sentenced “John Doe” a/k/a “Leroy” a/k/a “LTH” to 120 months in federal prison following his conviction on seven counts of aggravated identity theft, six counts of falsely representing a social security number, and one count of passport fraud.
