Fire Rescue and county monitoring weather daily
Public Information Officer Jeremy Robshaw, who regularly reports fire activity to the Historic City News desk, said in a statement filed yesterday, that his office remains in communication with County Administration and that together they are closely monitoring conditions and weather reports for our area.






Historic City News was informed by Alaina Cordes that Ketterlinus Elementary School fourth grade teacher Beth Upchurch was honored by the St. Johns County Education Foundation last night after being selected St. Johns County Teacher of the Year.
St. Johns County Audubon Society board member, Ali Fulcher, reported these upcoming events and monthly meeting to Historic City News.
Lindsey Phillips reported to the Historic City Newsroom that the National Park Service recently honored local St. Augustine volunteers for the thousands of hours donated to make our national monuments such educationally rich historical treasures.
Jamie L. Baccari reminds Historic City News readers that it’s time to register your kids in the lottery to participate in St. Johns County’s Recreation and Parks Department 2011 Super Summer Spectacular.
