Whittaker takes key advancement role at Flagler

Priscilla Proctor announced to local reporters at Historic City News that Flagler College has appointed Mark Whittaker to serve as vice president of institutional advancement; he will assume his new role on July 19th.

Officials investigating cause of early morning fire

St. Johns County Fire Rescue Public Education and Information Officer Jeremy Robshaw informed local Historic City News reporters that at about 2:45 a.m. this morning, members of the City of St. Augustine Fire Department assisted County Fire Rescue personnel at the scene of a commercial structure fire on Vilano Beach.
