St. Johns County Animal Control Manager Paul Studivant traveled to Liles, Tennessee, last week to assist the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) with the largest animal raid in Tennessee state history according to a media release received by Historic City News today.
In an interview this afternoon for Historic City News, Scott Featherstone, Owner of G’pops Kitchen, gave us the grand tour so that we could bring our readers up to date on all the improvements since opening their new restaurant in the former Topaz location which closed earlier this year.
In an announcement from Cathy Dupont, Neighborhood Coordinator in the Department of Public Affairs, Historic City News was informed that King Street will be temporarily closed to traffic during evening hours.
Historic City News was advised yesterday evening of the arrest of a St. George Street man, his 16 year old stepson and a 19 year old man. The three were nabbed in an ongoing surveillance of public parking areas that have been the recent targets of auto burglaries along A1A.
