Dear Editor:
The letter expressing an appreciation for Joe Boles as a member of the Good Ole Boys Club is contrary to my view of an entrenched group that is selective in passing favors to each other while those outside of “the group” are politely ignored.

According to interviews from the St. Johns Supervisor of Elections Office and elections experts, John Thrasher’s potential re-election may result in a special election that will cost citizens of District 6 over a million dollars; since on September 23rd, he was selected to be the next president of Florida State University.

As most of you know, I am running for Anastasia Mosquito Control District, Seat 2. Our campaign has been an interesting journey. We ran a clean positive campaign. Our race got a lot of attention. Many of you have already voted.

This election season, with its endless number of candidate forums, has made one thing clear. All of the new folks running for office seem to agree on many things.

Dear Editor:
In this election, your vote should be more than influenced by family, friend, neighbor, organization or party. After all, it is non-partisan.
