400-BRIAN-DAVID-COLLEYSt Johns County Fire Rescue spokesman Matthew Sara informed Historic City News that a 36-year-old St Augustine man has been transported by air ambulance to UF Health Jacksonville hospital with critical injuries after his bicycle collided with a turning Ford F-150 pickup truck.
