New city police officers begin training
This week, the St Augustine Police Department reported to Historic City News the hire of three new police officers who are ready to begin their law enforcement careers.

This morning, following a two-day hearing, local Historic City News reporters learned that 16-year-old Aiden Sean Fucci was sentenced to life in prison by Circuit Court Judge R. Lee Smith after Fucci pled guilty as an adult charged with the first-degree murder of his classmate, Tristyn Bailey.

Historic City News learned last week of the passing of former St Johns County Commission chairman, Fred Green. He died on February 21st at the age of 95. Fred was born on August 2, 1927, in Wilmington, Delaware to Henry F Green, Sr, and Edith Shallcross Green.
