Kelly Wilson, spokesperson for the St Johns County Emergency Management department, reported to Historic City News the initial update of Tropical Storm Eta, the effects of which will be visible by tomorrow (Sunday) morning.  The St Johns County Emergency Operations Center remains at Partial Activation Level: 2, Wilson reported.

Florida Statutes 316.2045 and 337.406 prohibit the solicitation of charitable contributions on Florida roadways; however, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida has ruled that both statutes are unconstitutional, and, therefore, unenforceable.  The case was brought on behalf of Peter Vigue.

Body of missing Palm Coast teenager recovered this morning

Just before 8:00 a.m. this morning, Public Information Officer Brittany Kershaw reported to Historic City News local reporters the discovery of a human body, found floating in the water at Graham Swamp located at 1635 Old Kings Road in Flagler County.
