Historic City News was informed by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office that last night a 47-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested on multiple charges including two separate counts of sexual crimes against minors, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and possession of marijuana.

On Sunday, February 17, at about 8:00 p.m., Historic City News was notified that St Augustine police officers responded to a report that a group of juveniles were engaged in a fight at the Project Swing Park, located across from the entrance to the Historic Downtown Parking Facility at 1 South Castillo Drive.

One St Augustine couple who has volunteered over the past couple of years to help a downtown neighborhood watch group, had their evening interrupted last night when Evelyn Hammock was arrested for walking along the south balcony of the Lightner Museum while carrying a concealed firearm.

Investigation of the incidents surrounding the homicide of 62-year-old Tracey Ann Roof during the late evening of November 21st, and early morning hours of Thanksgiving Day, have culminated in the arrest of her boyfriend, 67-year-old Ronald Curtis Caruso, according to detectives who have been working the case.
