Armed robbery at area Publix supermarket

The Publix supermarket located at 800 Belle Terre Parkway in Palm Coast was the scene of an armed robbery that occurred at approximately 9:45 p.m. last night, according to a report received by Historic City News today.

Lawyer: Seraphin’s claims are “completely meritless”

Wayne L. Helsby, the outside counsel with Allen Norton & Blue representing the City of St Augustine in the matter of former 450th Marketing Consultant Charlie Seraphin, answered the complaint of Seraphin’s lawyer, Kelly Parsons Kwiatek, saying that Seraphin’s claims are “completely meritless”.
