Cindy K. Hollingsworth reported to local Historic City News reporters that earlier today, the St. Augustine – St. Johns County Airport Authority conducted its Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for its recently completed South Development Area – Phase II at the Northeast Florida Regional Airport.
