Police Chief and City Manager will answer public questions

Historic City News readers are invited to attend a public Question and Answer session regarding panhandling and homelessness this Wednesday and Thursday, December 6th and 7th, at St Augustine City Hall, located at 75 King Street. Chief of Police Barry Fox and City Manager John Regan will conduct these two public meetings and will be available to answer questions from the audience, time permitting.

Historic City News was notified by Florida Department of Transportation Public Information Officer, Debbie Delgado, that traffic will be impacted at the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations where roadwork is being conducted.

Be alert to lane closures and temporary detours, as well as increased congestion in these areas. FDOT employees and contractors will be working on the roadways and need your full attention.

I am submitting a formal protest to the St Augustine Beach city manager, Max Royle and Beverly Raddatz, as well as Mayor Rich O’Brien, and Commissioners George, England, and Kostka, concerning the application process and scheduled interviews to fill the vacancy on the city commission created by the resignation of former commissioner Gary Snodgrass.
