The Florida Highway Patrol reported to Historic City News that charges are under investigation in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash that occurred yesterday afternoon at about 2:36 p.m. involving a St Johns County deputy sheriff.
The St Johns County Sheriff’s Office has sustained more than its share of complaints by former employees who tell Historic City News that there is a failure in the culture of the para-military agency that overlooks unwanted sexual behavior, especially by individuals in power.
Historic City News was notified by Florida Department of Transportation Public Information Officer, Debbie Delgado, that traffic will be impacted at the following
St Augustine and St Johns County locations where roadwork is being conducted.
Be alert to lane closures and temporary detours, as well as increased congestion in these areas. FDOT employees and contractors will be working on the roadways and need your full attention.
At around 11:00 p.m. last night, Historic City News was informed that a private aircraft had crashed in the area of Marineland on the St Johns – Flagler County border.
Next week the City of St. Augustine will be performing work to clean and install lining in the sanitary sewer main in sections of Davis Shores, according to an announcement received by Historic City News from the director of public affairs, Paul Williamson.

Comments made by local resident and government watchdog B. J.
