Dear Editor:
I attended a community development district for Julington Creek Plantation where the credentials of the current manager were aired in response to critics.

The St. Augustine Regional Council held their Annual Installation and Award Meeting on January 30th at the Allegro Banquet Room located at 1101 Plantation Island Drive in St. Augustine.
Every election cycle, you can be sure that someone will question someone else’s campaign contributions and expenditures. More times than not, it is the opposing candidate or an eager volunteer who is working on a competing campaign.
In late December, Historic City News reported that a Request for Qualifications for Professional Consulting Services for a Community Visioning Initiative Facilitator was published by the city and seven applicants responded before the January 17, 2014 deadline.
The community development district for Julington Creek Plantation has had its share of critics over the past few months; those complaints have been mounting, and tempers have escalated beyond mere fault-finding and nit-picking to flat out accusations of corruption.
