National Park Service Volunteer Fair Rescheduled
The National Park Service has invited Historic City News readers to consider volunteer service at one or both of our local National Monuments, Castillo de San Marcos and Fort Matanzas. A Volunteer Job Fair originally scheduled for June 6, was rescheduled due to Tropical Storm Colin.



St Johns County sheriff’s deputies have informed local Historic City News reporters that they have cleared the scene at SR-207 and Holmes Boulevard where earlier this evening a female driver eventually crashed after leaving a trail of damage in her wake.
You are patriotically invited to attend tonight’s General Meeting of the St Augustine Tea Party held at the Village Inn located at 900 North Ponce de Leon Boulevard in Saint Augustine, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The dead body of a yet unidentified adult man was discovered at about 11:00 p.m. Sunday night on the side of the road near 570 Christopher Street in West Augustine, according to information reported to Historic City News.
