On January 30th, “Indivisible St Johns” held it’s first meeting. We were expecting about 50 people and hundreds showed up.

Yesterday, the Trump rally at the Castillo de San Marcos was a proud day for all Republicans. I want to tell you how proud I was of the St. Johns County Republican Party.
The St. Johns County Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a summer camp for children ages 5 to 12 that emphasizes outdoor activities along with exciting field trips, arts and crafts, and swimming sessions.
Dominque Hawkins, a consultant working on the new Historic Master Plan for St Augustine, has made a core recommendation to Historic City News and our readers that supports the creation of a preservation advocacy group made up of and supported by citizens.

With more than 300 people in attendance on the lawn of the Historic Castillo de San Marcos today, I was very encouraged to see people speak up in support of moving the nation and this county forward.
Dan Abel, President of the Ponte Vedra Republican Club, has invited Historic City News readers to attend their meeting on Thursday, March 2nd, when St. Johns County Commission Chairman, Jimmy Johns, is the special guest speaker.
Historic City News was notified by House Committee on Homeland Security Chairman, Michael McCaul, that Congressman John Rutherford has been appointed to the newly-created “Task Force on Denying Terrorists Entry into the United States”.
On the evening of November 16, 2013, Historic City News reported that 15-year-old Haley Nicole Smith went for a walk with her friends. Hours later she was pronounced dead while undergoing emergency surgery for injuries sustained in a hit-and-run crash on Kenton Morrison Road.
