Lindsay Skelly, Tallahassee’s Mission San Luis Lead Educator, reported to Historic City News that Derek Boyd Hankerson will be the featured presenter at the upcoming monthly Historical Happenings lecture at Mission San Luis.

Kenya Kelley reported to Historic City News that classes for St. Johns River Community College’s spring term will begin on January 6th.

Historic City News has been informed that St. Augustine’s British heritage will be celebrated in grand style on December 4th and 5th when British Night Watch and Grande Illumination return to the Oldest City.

City clean-up crews were out in full force, collecting the trash, sweeping the streets and restoring order after the throngs of Saturday night’s revelers returned to there homes — although some in attendance were already home.

What if community associations ceased to exist?
