Morris Publishing Group, LLC, publisher of The St. Augustine Record and Florida Times Union, gave an ultimatum to holders of their non-performing Senior Subordinated Notes — accept $100 million in second lien secured notes due in 2014 or Morris is going to bankruptcy court.
St. Johns County Building Services Division reports to Historic City News that they are continuing to track a recent rise in permitting activity through their division.
Historic City News learned that restaurant operations were ordered stopped until violations were corrected during a routine food inspection held on October 8th, and again on October 9th at Athena Café located at 14 Cathedral Place.
