Cycling enthusiasts of all ages will be pedaling into the Nation’s oldest city September 12th and 13th for the St. Augustine Cycling Festival according to a report received by Historic City News from Jay Humphreys.
NPS Gullah Geechee Coordinator Michael Allen wrote to Historic City News on behalf of Chairmen Emory Campbell and the Gullah Geechee Cultural Heritage Commission to thank everyone who attended one of the 21 public meetings for their participation and cooperation in the development of the commission’s management plan.

Historic City News has learned that St. Cyprian’s Episcopal Church in Lincolnville has found funds in the form of a grant from the Kresge Foundation of Troy, Michigan, to open a Cyprian Center for Expressive Arts in the church’s Mission House.
